MARKET NOTE
The honest value band is roughly US$90–$300: typically rubberwood or stainless work surfaces paired with engineered-wood cabinets and two locking casters. Around US$250–$450, look for four locking casters, better drawers and a real butcher-block top—but verify that the cabinet itself is not simply MDF. Above that, price is defensible only where it buys solid timber cabinetry, a thick renewable top
